Job Checklist
Step-by-step guide through the complete FRA workflow from pre-inspection to report delivery. Start a job here and tick off each phase as you go. Supports multiple active jobs simultaneously — each saves its own progress independently.
When to use: Start a new job as soon as an assessment comes in. Keep it open alongside the workflow.
Research the premises before your visit. Covers building lookup, risk profiling, guidance signposting and generates a site briefing so you know exactly what to look for.
When to use: Before every site visit. Optional but strongly recommended.
The main desktop write-up tool. Enter your site notes across 5 sections and the tool generates PAS 79-compliant narratives, findings and an executive summary. Pushes narratives directly to FastField — findings must be entered manually.
When to use: Once you are back from site and ready to write up the report.
Upload a downloaded report PDF and get back a cleaned version. Removes blank template pages and sorts findings by priority (High first, then Moderate, Lower, N/A). Original file is never modified.
When to use: After the completed report has been downloaded from FastField.
External Platforms
FastField / RobinsField
Mobile forms platform. Used for on-site capture (Site Notes Form) and completing the FRA Report Form after the push from the Notes Tool. The same platform — RobinsField is the branded version.
When to use: On site for inspection capture, and post-write-up to complete and submit the report form.
CRM and website platform. Handles client records, follow-up automations, enquiry forms and communications. Client management lives here rather than in the hub.
When to use: For client management, chasing enquiries and reviewing automation workflows.

FRA Notes Tool — capture site observations, let AI draft narratives and findings per section, then build the report. Six clear steps, sticky nav at the top, autosaves continuously.
PDF Processor — clean up the downloaded report, blanks stripped, findings sorted by priority.
Review, Approve, Deliver
A proper review and approval flow
When a report is submitted, the assigned reviewer sees a Continue review button once they've touched it — resume any time, autosave keeps your edits safe.
Each section and finding can be Approved, Flagged, or marked as Changed. Returns surface the same status to the assessor with an Addressed tick. Internal notes per job sit on every detail panel.
Approval opens a Finalise dialog — confirm document date and status, leave notes for whoever's delivering.

People, broadcasts and knowledge in one
People — every customer account with a detail panel showing their profile, linked jobs and message thread.
Broadcasts — portal updates that can target all clients, a specific account type, or named premises.
Knowledge — fire safety articles for clients, authored here, surfaced in their portal.
